Product description
We offer round hot-rolled long steel of our own production, delivery is possible in honed condition, calibrated and with different categories of surface finish.
Round bars are subdivided into the following types of curvature - ordinary precision (curvature not more than 0.5% of length), high precision (curvature not more than 0.4% of length), high precision (curvature not more than 0.25% of length).
Round steel is supplied in the following range of products:
- in hot-rolled (h/r) condition from Ø5 mm to Ø350 mm inclusive according to GOST 2590-06,
- hot-rolled with special surface finish from Ø8 mm to Ø120 mm (quality grades h9-h13) according to GOST 14955-77,
- Cold drawn round calibrated with special surface finish from Ø1,2 mm to Ø47 mm (bars B, C, D, E; quality grades h8-h12) according to GOST 14955-77,
- Round calibrated cold drawn steel is supplied from 2 mm up to 60 m as per GOST 7417-75,
- Round forgings with and without mechanical treatment from Ø100 mm to Ø1000 mm, GOST 8479-70,
- in the condition of turning with a chisel (hot rolled steel, forgings), accuracy ±0,2 mm for diameter in the range from Ø10 mm to Ø1000 mm,
- Thermal treatment of the rolled product is allowed by agreement with the customer,
- descaling on the needle milling machine may be carried out at the customer's request,
- if requested by the customer rolled products can be supplied with chamfering on one or both sides of the bars,
- separately, if necessary, it is possible to perform: inspection of rolled products for hardness (from samples or from rolled products), steel chemistry selection, ultrasonic inspection, etc.
The length of rolled products in the state of delivery can be measured, measured, multiple, length with the remainder and in coils (rod).
When placing an order for a round, please pay attention to the type of surface or quality group, which is subdivided according to the type of primary processing - for hot working pressure, cold machining, forging, stamping, with turning and (or) in calibrated form.
It is possible to individually agree on the weight of the bags and the color of the marking of rolled products.
The cost of round and other sections of rolled products may vary depending on the stated additional requirements (calibrated rolled products, order of round steel turned, (1GP), individual length (measured/fold), heat treatment of steel, selection by chemical composition, vacuum degassing, etc.), additional tests (ultrasonic inspection, etc.).
