Product description
We accept orders for manufacturing and delivery of hot-rolled section squares, square billets. Delivery of rolled products in various lengths in the state of delivery - multiple / dimensional length, non-dimensional length, delivery with and without leftovers.
When placing an order for squares and billets, please pay special attention to the tolerances of GOST 2591-06 and TC 14-1-4492-88, as well as the surface group - for hot work pressure, stamping, forging or for cold machining, cutting, turning, etc.
Due to the capabilities of our company, square rolled steel is supplied:
- in hot-rolled condition from 12x12 mm to 200x200 mm according to GOST 2591-06, TC.
- Forgings 20x2n4a (20х2н4а) square section with or without machining from 100х100 mm to 1200х1200 mm. GOST 8479-70
- in the hot-rolled state of supply from 45x45 mm to 550x550 mm inclusive under TC 14-1-4492-88,
- When supplying square billets (TC) of the 2nd category (surface groups) without pickling and with removal of defects, no defects are allowed: foams, tears, cracks and rolls
- Delivery of hot-rolled (TC) square rolled products under the 1st surface category without pickling and defects removal is not allowed to have the following defects: cross cracks and rough rips, blooms.
- upon delivery of square rolled products the following is allowed: deep chipping and surface scraping on two opposite faces in one perpendicular section for square billets designed for rolling not more than 8% of nominal thickness or not more than 15 mm for square billets designed for free forging.
- as agreed with the customer it is possible to deliver forged squares (square forgings) with and without possible machining from different steel grades.
- upon customer's request, it is possible to agree on weights of bundled packages, marking of rolled products, etc.

The cost of square and other sections of the ordered metal may vary depending on the ordered additional necessary requirements to the orders (surface quality groups, roughness, individual tolerances per side, lengths and cuts, additional steel heat treatment (hardening/tempering/normalization), steel composition selections, steel products supplied with vacuum degasser), additional chemical/mechanical tests (ultrasonic inspection, strength classes, etc.).
