We produce and deliver according to the order hot rolled and cold rolled sheets. According to the requirements, additional marking and linking of rolled products, correction of package weight, special packaging, etc. are carried out.

In accordance with the capabilities of our modern technological equipment, steel plates are produced according to the following assortment:

- different degrees of flatness: normal, improved, high, especially high,

- sheets are delivered with different edge types, edged and unedged,

- Sheet metal 20hn3a (20хн3а) is delivered according to the accuracy of GOST and TC, TP - technical protocols, individually developed by the TS - technical agreements,

- steel sheets are shipped in various rolled surface quality groups - for cold machining, hot machining, stamping, upsetting, pressing, drawing, turning, milling, etc,

- Possible rolled lengths - up to 24000 mm, depending on the sheet rolling or slitting production method,

- by agreement with the customer the delivery of hot-rolled sheets of non-standard cutting is possible,

- in the range of the accepted for production steel plates 20hn3a (20хн3а) (hot-rolled, cold-rolled, forged, and also bimetallic, and in the forms of sheets, coils, strips) are made in the sizes: thickness from 0,2 mm to 500 mm and width from 100 mm to 5000 mm,

- by agreement with the customers it is possible to deliver the forged plates with limited cutting with the possibility of machining and without machining of different steels,

- Upon agreement with the customer the following is additionally performed: chemical composition of melted steel, GOST ultrasonic inspection, vacuum treatment of steel, control of non-metallic inclusions, hardness of rolled steel, etc.

We supply flat-rolled steel from simple structural, to high-alloy, nickel, stainless, duplex, electrical and heat-resistant steels, according to the various degrees of accuracy of rolling, categories and in the agreed cuts, lengths and widths of rolling.

The cost of strip and other sections of the ordered sheet metal will vary according to the specified order requirements (precision of rolled products, delivery of sheets in a range of lengths, possible heat treatment, basic or regulated selection by chemical composition of steel, length and individual cutting, sheets of vacuum degassed steel), mechanical testing (including ultrasonic inspection, etching, etc.).
