Product description
Metallurgical company performs in-house manufacturing of forged or hot forged products. In the assortment of steel forgings / forged products manufactured, steel is made with different dimensions / dimensions, and the parameters offered in length, width, type of products depend on the type of forgings / products obtained, the forces applied and the methods of plastic deformation of steel.
Products will be made of different steel grades: from simple carbon, chromium and structural, nickel-containing, vacuum-arc (VA), high-alloy, slag (S), stainless, vacuum and electro-induction (EI, VI), heat-resistant, electrical (E), according to order parameters, according to strength classes, groups and in the agreed types and sizes.
In accordance with the capabilities of our own pressing, forging and stamping equipment the production of these products is performed:
- with different surface quality, roughness degrees, trimmed / centered edges/parts,
- steel forgings according to GOST 8479-90 will be supplied in the following groups:
- I (first) group of forgings
- II (second) group of forgings
- II (third) group of forgings
- IV (fourth) group of forgings
- V (fifth) group of forgings
- steel forgings/pressings are accepted for production and supplied with accuracy, groups and strength classes according to GOST, TC - technical conditions, worked out TP - technical protocols, TA - technical agreements, sketches and drawings,
- various types of forging, stamping accuracy. Increased standards of plastic properties and impact toughness can be assigned for forgings by agreement with the purchaser, with the required characteristics being fixed.
Depending on the customer's group and requirements, the forgings are heat-treated under different modes.
- Forging production can be supplied from the different steel grades as classical forms: round, shaft, square, rectangular section, variable section shaft, disk having holes, disk without holes (pancake), plate, rolled ring, mushroom type, cube (cubes), cylinder with holes and other forms. For all kinds (forms) of forgings by request of a customer a machining of forgings is made,
- Forged steel / forgings are available for shipment with required quality of surface - for cold machining, turning and milling, upsetting, pressure, thermal and other types of intermediate / final machining,
- by individual agreement with the customer will be made supply of forged products of non-standard (individual) types (forms), dimensions and lengths,
- upon agreement with the customer it is additionally possible to carry out: selecting the chemical composition of the ordered steel, ultrasonic inspection (UI) of different groups, vacuum and other types of steel treatment, control of non-metallic inclusions, hardness of rolled products, kneading, roughness, etc.
According to the requirements of the ordered products will be additional marking, tying, bagging, adjusting the weight of individual items and batches, branding, special packaging and storage.
The cost of forged products and products obtained by hot stamping of various sections and shapes may vary in accordance with the specified mandatory or individual requirements for the ordered steel products (delivery in a different range with machining, forging tolerances, stamping lengths/ dimensions and individual parameters, pre-fur. processing and without, permissible for carrying out or special modes of heat treatment of steel, vacuuming and other types of steel production, GOST or individual selection according to the designated composition of steel in chemistry, organization and conduct of tests of mechanical properties, UI in accordance with the types of tests, etc.).
